Shooting For Season Two of The Witcher Completed

Filming for the second season of “The Witcher”, which was adapted from the novel of the same name, was completed.

With a video in the set of the series, Netflix announced that the filming of The Witcher‘s second season completed. Paul Bullion, Basil Eidenbenz Kristofer Hivju, Kim Bodnia, Yasen Atour, and Aisha Fabienne Ross were also cast in the new season of The Witcher, which is based on the same-named book.

The subject of the second season of the highly anticipated series is as follows: Believing that Yennefer lost his life in the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Ciri to Kaer Morhen, the safest place she knows, the home where she was born. As the kings, elves, people and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls; Geralt must protect Cirilla from something much more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses within him.

New actors have been added to the cast of Martin Scorsese’s highly anticipated Killers of the Flower Moon.

The cast of Killers of the Flower Moon, based on David Grann‘s novel Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders, is growing. Tatanka Means, Michael Abbott Jr., Pat Healy, and Scott Shepherd appeared in the film, which also starred Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro. The release date of the film, which Martin Scorsese will be the director of, is still uncertain.

The film which is written by Eric Roth, known for productions such as Forrest Gump and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button focuses on members of the Osage tribe in the United States are murdered under mysterious circumstances in the 1920s sparking a major F.B.I. investigation involving J. Edgar Hoover.

Humane Society International‘s Save Ralph project was posted on social media for the first time yesterday. Taika Waititi, Zac Efron and Ricky Gervais are voiced the short film Save Ralph, which went viral on social media. The Oscar-winning director and actor Taika Waititi voiced the leading role of the movie.

Spencer Susser‘s four-minute short film, directed and written by him, focuses on the rabbit family, who are unconsciously forced animal experiments.

The 27th Sarajevo Film Festival announced that submissions opened for online films and drama series.

Online submissions for films and drama series of the 27th Sarajevo Film Festival, which will be held between 13-20 August 2021, have been opened.

Film authors and producers can submit their films / drama series exclusively for the following programmes:

  • Competition Programme – Feature Film
  • Competition Programme – Documentary Film
  • Competition Programme – Short Film
  • Competition Programme – Student Film
  • In Focus
  • Avant Premiere- specialized for regional drama series
  • Open Air
  • Kinoscope
  • Summer Screen
  • European Shorts
  • Children’s Programme
  • TeenArena
  • Dealing with the past
  • BH Film Programme

All entries for programmes, unless otherwise specified, must be submitted to the Festival for selection by May 28th, 2021.

The submissions fees, unless otherwise specified at the film submission page are as following:

  • Competition Programme – Feature Film – FREE to submit!
  • Competition Programme – Documentary Film – FREE to submit!
  • Competition Programme – Short Film – FREE to submit!
  • Competition Programme – Student Film – FREE to submit!
  • BH Film – FREE to submit!

All other programmes open for submission:

  • Feature length film (60 minutes in length or more) – 70 BAM or 35 EUR
  • Short film (up to 30 minutes in length, including closing credits) – 30 BAM or 15 EUR
